You need to deactivate or delete your business account (commerce manager) before you delete your Facebook page, here is how to deactivate your business account on Facebook
- select the trading account In the business settings
- Open commerce manager and select your store.
- In the left menu, click Settings.
- Click Edit at the top right of the Trading Account info section.
- Click Deactivate trading account.
- Enter your business Facebook password, then click Confirm.
- Select an option from the Reason dropdown menu to deactivate the account (e.g. I closed my business), or provide your reason.
- Click Deactivate account.
However, after you deactivate your trading account, you will lose several things as follows
- You will not have access to your store or existing orders.
- Existing collections and stores will be removed.
- Product labels are disabled.
- Tax reports cannot be accessed.
- Existing sales channels will be cut.
- This change is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Related Pages, Instagram accounts, or Catalogs are not deleted, only disconnected.
