We might want to duplicate an existing file or document in Goodnotes so that we can use it more quickly next time. Follow these steps to duplicate or clone a file in the Goodnotes app:
- Open your Goodnotes application.
- On the document dashboard, tap the grid icon in the top right corner.
- Switch to the List view.
- Tap the downward arrow next to the Goodnotes document you wish to duplicate.
- Select Duplicate.
- A new file will appear labeled as “Copy of [Document Name]”.
- To rename the file, tap directly on the document name at the top.
- Tap anywhere on the workspace or press Enter on your keyboard to confirm.
