هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ قَوۡمُنَا اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِهٖۤ اٰلِهَةًؕ لَوۡ لَا يَاۡتُوۡنَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ بِسُلۡطٰنٍۢ بَيِّنٍؕ فَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ افۡتَـرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا (15)
Latin Inscription : Haa ulaa I qoumunat takhodzu min dunihi alihatan lawla ya’tuna ‘alaihim bisulthoonim bayyini faman adhlamu mimmanif taro ‘alallahi kadziban
Translation from Sahih International : These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear authority? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie?” (Surah Al Kahf verse 15)
Tafseer Al Qur’an Surah Al Kahf Verse 15 According to the book Tafsir Jalalain
هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ (These) lafadz haaulaai have the position of being mubtada’- قَوۡمُنَا (our people) being ‘athof bayan – اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِ هٖۤ اٰلِهَةًؕ لَوۡ لَا (, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not) – يَاۡتُوۡنَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ (bring for [worship of] them) for the worship they do – بِسُلۡطٰنٍۢ بَيِّنٍ (a clear authority? a clear proof.- فَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ (And who is more unjust) meaning no one is more dholim – مِمَّنِ افۡتَـرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِب ًا (than one who invents about Allah a lie?”) namely by attributing partners to Allah SWT then some of the young people said to some who other.
