Mention 5 terms in the book of fiqh!
Here are 5 terms that we often encounter in the book of fiqh:
- Mukallaf
- Condition
- Rukun
- Legitimate
- Cancelled
The meaning of the terms in the book of fiqh is as follows:
Mukallaf is a Muslim who is known for his obligations or orders and avoids what is prohibited by religious prohibitions. Mukallaf is a person who is mature and sensible so he must carry out religious commands because he is capable of carrying them out. If Mukallaf does not carry out religious commands then he will be subject to sin and sanctions from Islamic religious regulations.
Requirements and conditions are something that must be implemented before doing something, for example, the conditions for valid prayer are that you have performed ablution, that the place is holy, and that it is carried out in an orderly manner or by the instructions given by the Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
Rukun, rukun is something that must be done in a worship activity such as the law of prayer, namely reading takbiratul ihram, reading Surah Al-Fatihah, prostrating, sitting between two prostrations, and so on. If there are harmonious activities that are not carried out then the worship activities are not valid by Islam.
Legitimate, Legitimate means that it has fulfilled the requirements of harmony and is properly implemented by the rules of fiqh
Canceled, or void means it does not meet the requirements and pillars of a worship activity. If a worship activity does not meet the requirements and pillars, it means the worship is invalid or deemed to be canceled.
