What is meant by myopic eye disease?
Myopia is an eye defect caused by the lens of the eye being too convex so that the image falls in front of the yellow spot.
Myopia is also called nearsightedness because it cannot see objects at a long distance, farsighted sufferers can only see objects clearly at close range. To help myopia sufferers, can wear concave (negative) lens glasses.
