To obtain and disburse capital assistance (BANMOD) from the tobacco excise profit sharing fund (DBHCT) in 2023, you must fulfill the requirements as required.
The following are the requirements that you need to bring to GNI Kediri:
- Photocopy of KTP
- Original statement letter as attached
- RAB (cost budget plan) if you get banmod funds as attached
Make sure your purchasing plan matches what you want to buy if you get BANMOD. Make sure before submitting your files that you have photocopied them for your records, later Disperdagin will monitor your purchases. After you register yourself, the officer you visit will give a tick to your absence.
