Egypt’s border with Gaza Palestine has opened today, October 21, 2023, for the distribution of humanitarian missions, where UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres came directly to Egypt to cross to Rafah to distribute aid to the Palestinians.
He said that this assistance was very necessary for the Palestinian people with a population of 2.3 million people, where aid was in the form of medicine, fuel, and food. This assistance is a lifeline for the Palestinian people.
You can see in the video above that a convoy of trucks full of aid has entered Rafah from Egypt towards Gaza, Palestine. Rafah is a very important border for Gaza, Rafah is the only border that does not intersect with Israel.
We in Indonesia pray that assistance from various international communities can be useful for the Palestinian people there and the war between the two countries will end soon.
