What substances are dissolved in the cytoplasm?
Cytoplasm is the part of the cell that is covered by the plasma membrane. Cytoplasm consists of water, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins.
The largest content that makes up the cytoplasm is water in the cytoplasm, dissolved molecules such as salts, sugar, amino acids, fatty acids, nucleotides, vitamins, certain gases, ions, and a large number of proteins. The cytosol is the liquid material of the cytoplasm. In the cytoplasm, there are several enzymes needed for cell metabolism.
