What does Warobbuka (وَرَبُّكَ) mean?
Warobbuka is a type of word that we often hear and read when reading the Qur’an, Warobbuka means and your god or and your lord. - فَاذْهَبْ اَنْتَ وَرَبُّكَ فَقَاتِلَآ اِنَّا هٰهُنَا قٰعِدُوْنَ fadzhab anta warobbuka faqotilaa inna hahuna qoo’iduna means so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here.. (Surah Al Ma’idah verse 24)

- وَرَبُّكَ الْغَنِيُّ ذُو الرَّحْمَةِ ۗاِنْ يَّشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِنْۢ بَعْدِكُمْ warobbukal ghoniyyu dzur rohmati in yasya’ yudzhibkum wayastakhlif min ba’dikum means And your Lord is the Free of need, the possessor of mercy. If He wills, he can do away with you and give succession after you (Surah Al An’am verse 133)
- وَرَبُّكَ اَعْلَمُ بِالْمُفْسِدِيْنَ ࣖwarobbuka a’lamu bil mufsidina means And your Lord is most knowing of the corrupters (Surah Yunus verse 40)
- فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْـَٔلَنَّهُمْ اَجْمَعِيْنَۙ fawarobbika lanasalannahum ajma’ina means So by your Lord, We will surely question them all. (Surah Al Hijr verse 92)
