The first example is a text conversation between a seller and a buyer to buy cucumbers.
- Buyer: “How much does one bunch of fresh cucumber cost?”
- Seller: “One bunch of fresh cucumber costs IDR 5,000.”
- Buyer: “May I bid sir?”
- Seller: “Okay.”
- Buyer: “CanI buy three bunches of cucumbers for IDR 12,000?”
- Seller: “Okay, You can bring it, Mom!”
The second example is a text conversation between a seller and a buyer to buy spinach and mushroom.
- Buyer: Excuse me!
- Salesperson: “Can I help you?”
- Buyer: “I want to buy spinach.”
- Seller: “Of course. How much do you want?”
- Buyer: “How much does one bundle cost?”
- Seller: “IDR 5,000,- per bunch.”
- Buyer: “I bought three bundles.”
- Seller: “Okay. Is there anything else you would like to buy?”
- Buyer: “I want to buy a mushroom, How much is it?”
- Seller: “One plastic mushroom costs IDR 5,000.”
- Salesperson: “Okay. The total is IDR 20,000.”
- Buyer: “Here’s the money.”
- Seller: “Here’s the change. Thank You.”
The third example is a text conversation between a seller and a buyer to buy tomatoes.
- Buyer: “Excuse me, sir, I want to buy a kilo of tomatoes.”
- Seller: “Wellcome, choose which one you like.”
- Buyer: “The price is still IDR 12,000 per kilo, right?”
- Seller: “Sorry Mom, now the price is IDR 16,000 per kg.”
- Buyer: “Could you please reduce the price again?”
- Salesperson: “Sorry, ma’am. That’s the cheapest price I can offer. Others even sell it for IDR 18,000.”
- Buyer: “I’ll buy it. It is my money.”
- Salesperson: “Thank you, Mother. Here’s the change.”
