How to change the background and theme in MS Word Office 365?
In Microsoft word office 365, you can easily change the theme and background’s appearance. There are various types of backgrounds ranging from calligraphy backgrounds, cloud backgrounds, spring backgrounds, school supplies backgrounds, spring, and so on. You can also change the theme to a colorful theme, black theme, gray theme, and white or white theme.
Office 365 is software made by Microsoft in the form of a subscription package. You are required to pay for a subscription package to run Office 365. The advantage of Office 365 is that it constantly updates the latest tools every month. Sometimes you won’t find some of the menus in MS Word Office 365 in annual Offices, such as Office 2019 and Office 2021.

- click accounts
- click the down arrow line on the office background, and you can choose the type of background you want.

- in the theme section (office theme), click colorful for a colorful theme, click black for a black theme, click dark gray for a gray theme, and click white for a white theme.
